Quality Assurance

We’re proud of our Quality Assurance Program and we’re most satisfied when we exceed our customer’s requirements. Our quality methods are designed to do just that. We are ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certified. We use statistical process control methods and a goal of zero defects to insure our work. Continuous improvement also contributes to our highest quality standards, which include process conformity, repeatability, efficient use of resources, minimal waste, and competitive pricing.

As we celebrate over 68 years of manufacturing we are proud of our continued excellence in the field of intricate stampings, springs, terminals, wire forming, flat springs, small progressive eyelets and small assemblies. This year we have added to our capabilities with the addition of CNC machining. This new and exciting platform at Marion will allow us to continue to develop and diversify our product line offerings.

Our record of quality continues to be reflected with the satisfaction of our customers across the U.S., Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Germany, China, Canada, India, Austria and Ireland.

Marion’s commitment to Quality meets or exceeds the exacting requirements of our most demanding customers.  With our existing ISO9001 and TS16949 certification we are capable of handling any order from engineering assistance for proto-type manufacturability through multi million piece orders.

Complete tool room capability provides Marion customers with a comprehensive on-site tooling service.  Repair of existing tools and building of new tools are part of service and expertise.
